Not as good as a '95 Crown Victoria. On a Crown Victoria I've seen 20 MPG in city driving, while 28 MPG on the highway. A Windstar probably gets about 17 MPG city, and 24 MPG highway.

Not sure about a 95 but I once had a 99 and got about 18 mpg.

Depends on milege and condition. Cars lose gas mileage as they get old and the type of maintaince they have recieved. My guess 10-14 in the city 15-18 on the highway.
