Describe Conjugation

bacteria are small living organism that you cannot see with your naked eyes.some of these bacteria live in water while some are hosts, I.e they depend on other living for their survival.so reproduction in bacteria is normally carried out by conjugation process. this is the period when the bacterium lie side by side to reproduce off spring.
conjugation is asexual because it does not involve the mating of the female gamete and the male gamete.
