Once you have asked the Lord into your heart, then yes. I mean, you can't ask Him with the only intention to be to cover your bases because you know you are dying. You must be sincere. When you ask Him and are sincere in your motivation, then you will be forgiven, and go to Heaven.

Right, assuming they accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, all sins are forgiven, even a sin that ultimately causes their death. God knows what is truly in our hearts even better than we do, and He has promised salvation in Jesus Christ.

Not really how that works, but if you swallow the pills , threw them up before they got into your system , you should live ,but i'd go to the hospital anyway.
