I have a bit of a thyroid problem, But I think that I am not losing as much hair as I was before. So, which color?

I have a fair complexion too and I dyed my hair red. You should try an over the counter temporary dye (lasting 5-10 washing) to see which red works best for you before you make it permanent.

I would go with a red/orange color. That's sort of what I do and it makes my pale skin look a bit more ivory-like. Yup, I'd would say red hues would work. You might also consider what shades would better bring out your eye color as well. My red hair makes my blue eyes look more blue, for example.

A brown color works well for fair skin (nothing too dark, though).

If you feel daring dye it dark brown and wear a red ribbon in it and red lips with a yellow dress... Hey, it worked for Snow White!!!

Very fair women who can't pull off blonde (like me) are usually warm-toned, and meant to be redheads.
I vote for red. Or one of its cousins: auburn, copper, bronze, strawberry blonde, etc.

my sis in law is really fair skinned and she uses a color thats red but boarders on purple i hope you know the color that im speaking of cause it looks great on her. goodluck.

I WOULD GO A COPPER IF I WAS YOU, YOU CANT GO TO DARK WITH YOUR FAIR SKIN SO I WOULD GO A BROWN WITH A COPPER OR HONEY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND FRESH.
