the past few days, i have been feeling very nervous, anxious, and have had a panic attack. i just dont feel like i am myself anymore. i cant think straight, i cant sleep well, im shaky, and i think im going to die. i dont want to do anything, go anywhere, or see people. I am hungry but i dont feel like eating. i dont know what to do.....

You should see a Physician and be evaluated for a Panic/ Anxiety disorder. Over ten percent of the Population suffers from this condition. It is quite common.
There are many Medication available for the Treatment of your symptoms.
Before the physician prescribes Medication, the Physician will monitor the symptoms and request that a complete Physical examination be conducted.
These symptoms may pass and they may not.

I honestly don't think you are. This sounds so much like depression to me. What's going on (or not) in your life? Any thing you're concerned about, frustrated, sad? You know all the stuff--
things you haven't been able to resolve? I wonder if you have at least one very good friend you can talk with (who doesn't judge you or dictate to you) from whom you can get some input. Panic attacks are dreadful; & feeling this way will prevent you from the clarity of thought, or even the will to change whatever--if there's something you're aware of--that's bothering you. Depression is like a sink hole. If you let it continue, it could be extremely difficult to climb back out. If you can't come to terms with it alone, or even with a good friend, then I'd truly suggest seeing a psychologist. (NOT a psychiatrist.) Please do this? I can only wish you well--knowing nothing about you but the awful symptoms you express.

You maybe having anxiety attacks .calm down and try to relax it is not easy i know but it would help a lot just to breath deeply and drink some water ,call someone you know and trust and tell s/he how you feel and find a good Doc as soon as you can and tell him how you feel.

Call your therapist, and if you don't have one, make an appointment to see one. If you haven't been able to calm yourself down, then someone else needs to help. Good luck.

you're not going crazy.....first rule out any physical problems by going to your medical doctor...advise him of what you are experienceing and he may refer you to a therapist
