I have a idea,Maybe ask,at a petstore,or on the internet,contact a PETSMART,in Florida,And ask them,or contact the Florida Welcome Tourist Center,they must know all kinds of info for people traveling w/pets?It is worth a try.I'am going to California,soon with my Cocker,I will be doing the same thing.Good luck,Kim.
