I'm looking at web cams and I want to know what that is, in simplest terms. on cam says 4 LED and the other says 6 LED. Does that have anything to do with the quality of the pictures?

So that the camera can take a clearer brighter picture. They act just like torch lights and light up the subject.

LED means light emitting diode. they are one of the most efficient type of lighting. they are used in almost all electronics. but I have no idea why they would be used in a camera
