my left armpit is really really dark and my right armpit is slightly dark colored. im asian so the dark color is very noticeable. also, i have to go swimming everyday on weekdays. and i find it very embrassing when i have to lift my arms and show my dark armpits. so can lemon slices realy whiten dark armpits? if so, how do you use the lemon? if not, what other ways can i use to whiten up my armpits?thanks!

lemon naturally bleaches but go to the store, the pharmacist will give you a tube of ointment they'll do the same thing safely.

I have also heard that. I used to have dark elbows and I used lemon to help that. I know it is not the same as armpits but not that big of a difference. Also you could use a scrub in the shower and that will work really well. Hope this helped!

I heard about it. SOmeone told me her mom did that when she was a baby. She gave her lemon 'baths' which helped keep her skin lightened and no hairless.
That lady claimed that she doesn't have hair on her body because of that. But:
a. I am not sure I beleive her story
b. If its true, I think it works on babies not on grownups

Sorry ...armpit color is genetic and you cannot bleach it out. Lemon will only make you smell lemony !
