I'm in a race with another guy to win a girl's heart. i haven't know her for long, but i really really like this girl, and we have so much in common, but she could be falling for the other guy. i ask her out a by the begging of the school year, but she said that she didn't like to go out with guys at the begging of the school year,but she continually is flirting with me. the other guy has a girl, but likes this girl a little bit more then the girl he's going out with and knows her a lot more. i want to know her some more ,I'm telling her Monday ,we should start a new friendship, so we can get to know each other more and little bit later we can step up to the next level. can ya'll give me some advice, tips and thoughts. how are some ways to win a girl's heart

I think to win anyones heart they have to have an interest in you too.
once you have a mutual attraction going on then be sincere, loyal, open and honest.
Find out what your common interests are and go from there.
Since you are young and in school keep education in the forefront. You will meet many people as you follow the path of life, your ideas and values and feelings are ever changing.

You sound pretty honest and in control. The only thing I can say is be honest and confident, but not cocky. If you like her let her know, but don't overwhelm her. Girls like different things, so just listen to her and what she likes and then act on that. Good luck!

Ask her questions about herself.
they like that.
Say "how do you feel about __________?" " What do you think about_______?" "What are your favorite____?" Let her know you actually care about her on the inside. Get it?
