why did you tell her you were from the usa?
the only reason she is talking to you is because you told her you were from the usa. Life in china is hard and this is a free ride for her..
be very careful some "chinawomen" will use you.
you are better of going through a divorce than marrying a foreigner
there are many "chinawomen" already in the usa, go for those ones instead.

my b/f's uncle met a phillipino woman on the net and fell in love right away with her.we met her at x-mas last year with her son. 1 month later we all got a call saying that they were married. Its not hard at all to do all you hafta do i think is just get the money nad passport. you want to do it right PAY for it all. I know his uncle is on cloud 9 and has been since she came to the USA. I wish you all the luck with it.

I did that. It took us four and a half years to get him here legally. We had to pay for the same forms three times over. It was a big hassle. I feel for you two. It would be a lot quicker and easier if you went to her country and married her there. Then come back and file with Immigration and Homeland Security. Should take less than half the time it took me.

Look it is not as easy as you think. There are rules and procedures to go through. There is an excellent immigration attorney in California who will go through all the necessary steps that you need to do. If you are serious you are getting ready to spend a lot of money. Whoa, listen man, I am from Hong Kong. I know things about Chinese women. First of all, don't get involved like that on the web. Your first mistake was telling her that you are from US!
There are so many women in China that would be happy to get out of the country so trust me! Don't bring her until you know everything about her! Believe me, it is complicated!!!

my wife is malay just other side of singapore then china she is chinese malay i'll tell you a good idea go to a chinese resteraunt and ask if there are any current chinese there i just talked to one today they would know she has been here 4months the girl i talked to (call imegration dept) but from the chinese side like i said they know what it takes to get here
