Mankind is under the effects of sin right now. God has a plan to change all that and we are, right now, at the threshold of the end of this system of things (of which Satan is ruler) and the beginning of the new system of things (with Jesus and the 144,000 ruling for a thousand years under God). Here are some of the promises which God's people are looking forward to>>>

Isaiah 11:6-9: "6 And the wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them. 7 And the cow and the bear themselves will feed; together their young ones will lie down. And even the lion will eat straw just like the bull. 8 And the sucking child will certainly play upon the hole of the cobra; and upon the light aperture of a poisonous snake will a weaned child actually put his own hand. 9 They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea."

Isaiah 25:8: "He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces. And the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, for Jehovah himself has spoken [it]."

Isaiah 35: 5 & 6: " At that time the eyes of the blind ones will be opened, and the very ears of the deaf ones will be unstopped. 6 At that time the lame one will climb up just as a stag does, and the tongue of the speechless one will cry out in gladness. For in the wilderness waters will have burst out, and torrents in the desert plain"

Psalms 37:9-11: 'For evildoers themselves will be cut off,
But those hoping in Jehovah are the ones that will possess the earth.
10 And just a little while longer, and the wicked one will be no more;
And you will certainly give attention to his place, and he will not be.
11 But the meek ones themselves will possess the earth,
And they will indeed find their exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."

Matthew 5:5: " Happy are the mild-tempered ones, since they will inherit the earth.

Revelation21:3 & 4: " With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Not really.
Under the Christian framework of thinking it is accounted for under the concept of "The Fall": due to sin, first depicted as Adam and Eve's rebellion, the world is not as good as it was made, but damaged and corrupted. This includes disease and othe rdisorders.
Under a secular framework of thinking, it is an inevitable consequence of physical forces, especialy geneetics and environmental factors.
Under some Eastern beliefs involving reincarnation it can be a manifestation of the principle of karma.

The problem lies more in deciding which account best fits the situation.

God did not make handicapped people. Sin created the imperfections. Eve allowed the serpent to beguile her into sin. Pride leading to sin is why there are handicapped people.

God has made everyone the way He decided to make them, which is an important part of His plan of life. All handicapped people are very special to Him. But the out side of us is only flesh, which sometimes can be imperfect. But what is not imperfect is our soul, which was made in the image of our creator God. God sees our souls as perfect, when we accept His son Jesus as our Savior.

The bodies we have on this earth are only temporary, and shall go back to the earth from where it came. But our soul goes on and on. Either to heaven if you choose to accept Jesus as your savior, or to hell if you refject Jesus free gift of Salvation. Your destiny is not predestined for you. That is all up to you as to where you shall spend eternity. I pray you make the right choice and choose eternal life with Jesus.

"they had bad karma in a past life, so now they have handicaps, for some people its a learning experience or a challenge, for most its bad karma."

thats a terrible thing to say.

I believe that God allows trials like handicaps to enter our lives for several reasons. One is that they can make us stronger in the long run. I have chronic back and neck pain from a car accident two years ago and I have prayed for healing, but God has not healed me. I believe the reason is that He is showing me how to rely on Him and He is keeping me humble, lessons I desperately needed as I was drawing away from him before. Also, how can I minister to people who have problems like that if I don't really know where they're coming from? For some reason I can serve Him better in this position. Another reason He might allow such trials in our lives is that this is an earthly existence, not a heavenly one, and He has promised us a heavenly existence after this world is done if we will accept Jesus' gift of salvation.

In short, I believe His reasons are educational, but too great for our small minds to really, truly understand. We just have to trust Him because He loves us and is the great promise keeper.

The reason why there are handicapped people is because humans have such a great survivial rating that these defects don't die.

Animals are handicapped too but they usually die because they don't have technology to back them up.

I have a hard time understanding why you don't know proper grammar. :(

Try looking at Stephen Hawking: he is disabled, and has a great mind. Difficulties in life (such as disabilities) help to make us better people.
