It most definitely cleanses your skin, but it actually depends on how much clearing up needs to be done. I love it, it is cheap, and takes my makeup off quickly.

I use Neutrogena Moisturizer and it keeps my face moisturized, but for pimples and break-outs I use a company called DHC (not sure how popular it is in the US) and it clears up my skin great. If you have acne or something more than a once-in-a-while blemish you should try something that is clinically proven to clear it up. Other than that, I think Neutrogena is great.

It never worked for me. I use either a tomato when I am trying to be more natural, or Noxzema pads. Tomato acids dry up your skin and blemishes while staying natural. It leaves a healthy glow as well. Just rub for 5 minutes at first, then work your way up by 5 mintues each week until you reach 15 minutes. Then if you want to, rub an ice cube on your face, that closes up your pores so dirt and oils can't get in. Cold contracts, heat extracts. Noxzema pads are cheap, and they work really, really well. I use those when I don't have tomatoes.

Any soap containing oatmeal should help. It is a known fact that oatmeal absorbs oil and soothes skin. YOU DON"T NEED TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY to get nice skin.

I would only use natural skin care products, eat a good diet and use a good natural multi vitamin. Check out this information on healthy skin.
