but my room is very small and i have to be really queit

lift weights (if your not strong, 10lbs would be good I think, you can buy them at walmart or something if your shy to ask your parents, which is why you want to be quiet? or you dont want to bother them?
And then theres an exercise where you bend your knees, and leave your arms kind of like your pulling your pants down, then raise your legs up and repeat. If you have seen the movie Carrie its in there, I forgot the name of the exercise. Also check out my links for easy exercises at home

when you make your meals only eat half of whats on your plate go to your ymca and swim that is the best exersise you can do out of everything and i promise you will start seeing results in as little as 3 days! good luck

Press up , Sit Ups do 50 of each then you will be able to climb into bed and sleep.

try the atkins diet you can purchase the book at drug stores,book stores,in paperback. this way of eating with lite exercise really helped me.I have lost 20lbs. i feel great! it's not what you eat, it's how to eat protien, carbs.ect. please do yourself a favor,and get the book.whenyou read it you will understand what I'm trying to explain! good luck and god bless

Why are you trying to hide it because you are underweight and dint want anyone to know. If so get help before your exercise you self to death
