Indeed many people care when you are a virgin. In this era of technology, peer pressure and influence in lifestyles it is hard to imagine one being a virgin. Being so tells a lot about what you are and the self control you have. It is a virtue few people have nowadays. Once they get married, it is hard for them to cheat because it is something they were not used to

Stay one and don't let peer pressure get the best of you. I gave in because of the pressure (year's ago) and ended up pregnant and alone. I wish I had been strong enough to avoid the pressure, but I wasn't. Stay secluded if it keeps you a virgin, find others to hang out with, but losing your virginity doesn't make you poplar = then you will have to worry about the rumors and the guys that want to get involved just for sex because you a no longer a virgin - then once you run into the guy of your dreams and you are not a virgin you will have to deal with how he feels about how many guys you have slept with. I could go on and on and on, but the bottom line is stay a virgin and the HELL with the rest

A virgin depends how old you are,if you are of age have the sex and not be secluded, life is short we are here today and gone tomorrow,we never know what each day will bring, saving for marriage could be a lost, you may not make it that long and you don't want to go without never knowing how good sex really is and how you can make your partner feel also.

I was a virgin until I was 21. And I had sex with my high school sweet heart of three years.
A lot of people will tell you it's good to wait. Other people will make you feel secluded.
What happened to me, is that more experienced people (people who were not virgins), talked down to me about sex, as if I knew nothing about it...... (This really aggravated me.)
Because of it, I often struggled with feeling I was "not a real woman" or some nonsense... but then I got over it. And I realized that I don't have to make it known to everyone -- it's really noone's business anyway!
DON'T FEEL PRESSURED TO HAVE SEX. EVER. :)

I think the answer to that is it should be important to you and you need to care about your self because when push comes to shove you are the only one that you can rely on. If you do not care do not expect any one else to

if you have sex before you are married for five years, you will be thrust into the depths of hell, and then rammed into the bowels of satan.
