OK! there is this guy on my messenger list (Angad its not u!) anyway this guy is on my messenger list and he is sooo boring i can't stand him! he is sooo boring! i hav no clue what to do and i can't block him coz that's mean and i tried to b invisible but it's not working! Plzz help!

tell him u r bored
not that he is boring
tell him to talk abt sumthing coz u r really bored

You can block him. Just delete him from your messenger list and add him to your ignore list. It's very simple.
