So supposably my Brother in law had a baby last week but we still wont know if it is his until the DNA is done , so I posted a Congradulations on his Myspace with a pic of the baby and his new girlfriend called and left a message saying " Dont Congradulate if you dont know if its his " , his family has been calling him all week and congradulating him but when I do , I get yelled at . Do you think I did anything wrong ??

I have actually been in the place of the new girlfriend. She couldn't very well yell at her new boyfriend's family, but fortunately for you, she feels comfortable enough with you to yell at you. Plus, people may see that myspace page that didn't know. And a phone call doesn't last quite as long as that posting on the myspace page. You definately should have waited until after the tests came back to actually post something online for the whole world to see. The new girlfriend is probably hanging on to hope that it isn't his and really didn't want to see the babies picture on his page. So, yeah, I think you did something wrong.

No they may not be your sister n legislation simply better halves of your brother n legislation however you'll be able to nonetheless name them your sister n legislation no damage in that. Cousins, Uncles and Aunts are simply aspect of the household. Grandfather and Grandmother are also referred to as in legislation.

No, I don't think you did anything wrong. She should stay out of it. If it is his, sounds like the girlfriend is going to be a lot of trouble.

You spelt congratulate wrong.

Whether or not the baby is biologically his doesn't matter. If he is going to be in the child's life fulfilling the father figure role model, then he is a dad.
