jsut start talking to him a bit more find out what he got up to in the weekend or what plans he has for the weekend 1st of all incase what he does with his spare time is something completly different to something you like doing if theres something you find he likes doing that you like wait a couple of weeks and say hey whatcha up to this weekend and if he says nothing just say oh well I'm going to do such and such wanna come along or something like that there is no rule that the guy has to ask the girl,he also could just also be one of the guys that just flirt with no actions to follow,at the least you may find out he could end up being one of the best friends you could ever have

ASK HIM OUT! There is nothing sexier than a girl that knows what she wants. It worked for me, I asked the guy out that i had a crush on and now we are married.
and if it doesn't work out as well as you planned, the worst thing that can happen is he can say no, and you will never wonder..."what if.......?" GO FOR IT.
