"microsoft word
the function you are attempting to run contains macros or content that requires macro language support. when this software was instaled you(or your administrator) chose not to install support for macros or controls."
i have been using MSWORD for mounths without trouble, now suddenly this.
i tried "CCLEANER" and uninstalled all new programs but nothing helps.
what can i do?

Have you installed anything new (for example Acrobat Pro)? Likely you have installed an application which offers extended functionality to MS Word.

You have two choices here - either you can disable the macro (you should be provided with that option), or do a repair-install of MS Office, and ensure all Office Tools are selected (this will provide the support for Macros and language tools you need) - it may well have been initially installed on a minimal configuration to save disc-space
