Been there done that. The problem is you were just nervous, tense. Don't worry you'll be ok next time. Just relax and don't put so much pressure on yourself.

Just nerves. It happens all the time. If your girlfriend/partner is a virgin as well, that would put extra pressure on you.
Take it slow, and try again, after lots of foreplay. Only proceed when you're both totally ready.

Best is to relax, have a beer and ask her to suck it.
P.S. I know this sounds kind of rude, but if the girl were too tense to do it, I would suggest that she relax, have a beer, and ask the guy to go down on her until she feels like doing it.

You were anxious or nervous. It's normal. You have to relax and most of all you have to really want it. If you're uncomfortable with the person who you choose to do it with for the first time then wait until it feels right.

welcome to sex love,,your first time is bound to be stressful,,you dont even know how you are going to perform so how do you know what she will think.take the pressure off of yourself and calm down,,it will happen when you are ready,,many women find they cannot allow penetration their first time because of nerves and the same is true of men,make yourself relaxed,,make sure you actually want to have sex and above all you have to not worry about what might happen and if the worst does,,it is not a big deal,,you are not alone by any means.

The first time I had sex, I was 21 (and I had been dating the guy for three years).... I wasn't ready. It was evident because I was so nervous that it made it really awkward and difficult.

u were to nervous. if ur old enough to be having sex then try to relax i know easier said than done but u have to try other wise ur just not ganna rise to the occasion
