Spooky hasn't played Halo on high-def, I guess.

Um, if that's his only vice, dear... give the guy a little slack. Perhaps you're being a tad picky considering he's home in your living room and not at Club Paradise with his friends and a handful of singles.

Well, I don't have a husband whereas I am a guy (and a hetero one at that). But all I guess is that it must just go with his personality. He's probably very outspoken, probably even loud and a little rambunctious in and of himself, even without the video games, isn't he? Maybe not...but I would guess that he is.

I have to admit, at first, I thought it was just immaturity, like some of the other answerers have said. But, maybe that's just his outlet--his way of letting out all of his excess energy and blowing off a little steam?

I ain't someone elses husband, but I can tell you I have busted joysticks on some of the older stuff. And I was not making happy sounds doing it! The newer stuff, no joystick, I still kick stuff and break a mouse every now and then. When I break my mouse, then I really get loud! It's a man thing. As long as he don't get loud and obnoxious on YOU! (That's the ticket. We get our frustration from work, etc., out on the computer.)

My husband does it so in such an angry tone. I have threatened to destroy his game. He will sit for hours and why he continues to play a game that he does not ever seem to have any fun with.
From his tone his skill has not improved and because he screams that the game is a cheat and unfair. His play time is a
tense time for our two dogs as well they hide on the other side of the house while he plays. I'll be glad when this game is played out!!

Well, I don't have a husband since I'm a guy but, yes, I do. Not that bad though. A little bit, I just yell, I don't get up and stomp around.

My best friend's husband does this. He has significant anger management problems. Needless to say he also yells and screams and at other things. This is abnormal behavior. I hope you aren't on the receiving end of any of it.

It's ok if he is just yelling at the computer. If he started yelling at you, then that would be a problem. I tend to do that a lot when I read something that p*sses me off - or I laugh, depending on the mood I'm in!

I don't have a husband (I'm only 18), but your situation is universal to ALL guys (it doesn't have to be husbands) boyfriends, male cousins, brothers, friends all do the same thing. They do ballistic while playing video games as if the characters can hear them?!!! lollol. I guess it's not always guys who do that, girls do it too becasue I do it as well.... lollollol...

My husband outgrew video games about 18 years ago. But he can sometimes be moody if his team doesn't win a game. But he's fine.
