It really depends on how much younger. A few years isn't a big deal. however, if your over the age of majority and he's under be careful.
By the way, you can't help your feelings. They just happen.

yes it very normal I know because I had a crush on a guy that was younger than me and I did not care what what any one said I had a crush and no one can stop it
