I've been in terrible stomach pains...?

For the past two weeks I've been in horrible pain. I'm a 15-year-old female and I was expecting it to be my "time of the month" but it hasn't shown up. I'm 15 and do NOT interact sexually... so I'm NOT pregnant. The pains are in the lower abdomin and I've had diaheria a few times. They've been some random moments in the day where I feel like one quick move of my head would make me puke.
I don't know what the bad appendex symptoms would be.... but could it be related to that?

These pains have been off and on during the past weeks.

I get stomach pains (really bad) when my period is about to start. Usually, it takes about two days but in your case, I guess not. Some people have really weak stomachs, like me. Our stomachs may hurt a lot at random times because of eating bad foods that just don't suit our stomachs or, for no reason. If you've never really had this type of thing, I would get more info from a doctor. It could be serious.

I do not believe you are pregnant. If it's to do together with your interval, then it might be an overly severe case of PMS. It ordinarily occurs to me, Horrible pains, vomiting... Also, I undergo fitting faint and dizzy.... Or if its to not do together with your interval, it might be a malicious program of a few type? Food poisoning might be? Just post with it for a whilst, see if it is going away! If it does not quit by way of the following day I'd say cross to the health care professional. If it will get any worse even though, I'd cross to the health care professional ASAP. Or no less than ring and ask what it's,...

Upset stomach and diarrhea are symptoms of periods sometimes. I've had that, even when I haven't eaten anything that should upset my stomach. Are you vomiting or have you had any other symptoms?

If you are very concerned, go to the emergency room or call a doctor.
