everytime someone tell me soume thing funny i find it hard to smile help plz

What do you mean its hard to smile? Are you uncomfortable with your teeth? if not im not sure i understand

Maybe it's because they're trying too hard.
I would suggest doing something that you know you enjoy. At least that way you'll be smiling on the inside and that is FAR more important than having to prove your feelings to anyone else.
Something that works for me: puppies. Go to a pet store and sit and play with a puppy or kitten.

as long as you have nothing physically wrong with your facial muscles you have to look to yourself
..is there any reason that you would not want to smile?like "smiling makes me look fat" ok maybe thats a bit exagerated but also maybe it just wasn't funny to you
also, if you are constantly think about you smiling you'll never have time to just relax and laugh at what you think is funny
its not against the law to not smile so dont worry too much about it

When you are feeling really low, possibly depressed, it is hard to smile or find anything funny. Have you thought of seeking counselling, It can really help and allow you to explore all your sadness.
