please instruct me on how to lose weight again,
I used to be so good at it in High school.
Now im in college and I suck at it, i'm slowly letting myself become a pig because Im cant seem to get it through my head how to do this again with out going nuts. I exersize then I quit then I get fat now I cant exersize agian and Im concidering Hoodia, weight loss seems impossible.
My scale is playin' me. It's confused as me.
how do I:
exersize
eat and
stay motivated.
all I have to go on is that " fitness is the goal, thin is just a perk"
I have to wait about. ..I dunno a YEAR, before I can be a size M agian. I want a FLAT tummy and SMALL hips/thighs again...Im gonna go for the gold this time. I want it all, for this summer...
