please instruct me on how to lose weight again,
I used to be so good at it in High school.
Now im in college and I suck at it, i'm slowly letting myself become a pig because Im cant seem to get it through my head how to do this again with out going nuts. I exersize then I quit then I get fat now I cant exersize agian and Im concidering Hoodia, weight loss seems impossible.

My scale is playin' me. It's confused as me.

how do I:

exersize
eat and
stay motivated.

all I have to go on is that " fitness is the goal, thin is just a perk"
I have to wait about. ..I dunno a YEAR, before I can be a size M agian. I want a FLAT tummy and SMALL hips/thighs again...Im gonna go for the gold this time. I want it all, for this summer...

Well I have lost about 7 pounds in a about a month and a week. Its very healthy and I know it will stay off. I workout 3-5 times a week from 1-2 hours a day. I eat healthy(tuna, white meat,broccoli) I drink lots of water also. One thing that helps somewhat is also meal replacements. I usually drink a slim fast for breakfast or lunch. Just remember what your goal is and this should keep you motivated, not to mention how good you will look. Goodluck.

Here are some ways to stay motivated:

1. Fall in with a bad crowd. You'll be motivated to lose weight if your roomie, or friends, etc all go to the exercise and eat healthy. Bonus points if you hang with at least one triathlete.

2. Think weekly. Go for a weekly weigh and measure session, and concentrate on 1-2 pounds a week. Actually, if you're working out, you won't lose much weight but you WILL lose inches in all the "wrong" places (butt, tummy, etc).

3. Get an MP3 player for exercise. Put class lectures, or music, etc in there. I find it helpful to have "angry" music in my MP3 so I can get in touch w/ my aggression as I exercise.

Losing weight isn't something you "do" until you're "done." It is a lifestyle change, just as much as if you change religions. So, you need to find a new lifestyle that is healthy... but happy too.

I rather do not feel you may have any correct to name others 'dull' whilst you have not found out that 'alot' is made up of two phrases, and you are 'partical' to what? that is now not even a phrase however alternatively you are an emo and no I'm now not the grammar nazi, however right spelling counts if you are going to seem down on others, in any case this website online calls for typing and grammar
