what else can you eat to lean besides raw eggs. im working out a lot and i need to get my muscles back. o if anyone knows how to get rid of the excess skin from baby fat let me know please!!!!

Very few people eat raw eggs these days. The nutritional benefits of eating them raw were found to be overstated, then there's the obvious salmonella risk. These days there are tons of cost effective protein shakes on the market that are far preferable, and if you want egg protein there are egg protein shakes as well.

Cooked eggs provide the same amount of protein, rough 7 grams per egg. You can get the same or more with whey protein powder, but pick a brand with very low carbs.

You don't get muscles from eating protein. You have to work out hard, rip the muscle and then the protein will be the building blocks to repair and build the tissue.

If you eat more protein than you need, it's just extra calories.

Raw eggs do not make you lean. Eating raw eggs also increases your chance of Salmonella poisoning.

If you want to have a tone/lean structure, you need to reduce your fat intake, avoid sugars and reduce sodium intake. You need to do cardio exercises and if you are lifting weights, do more repetitions than you would for building muscle. It's all in the diet and exercise.
