Well, don't say, "Most prettiest" That's bad grammar. You can say "Most pretty," or "the prettiest," but not "Most prettiest."

Well, "most prettiest" isn't good English, and the concept is kinda corny, even if it is true. Maybe you can look for a different way to say it... Maybe something like, "You're not like any girl I've ever met before" but you'd have to have the right tone of voice if you were to say that.

Hell no. Don't tell her she's the prettiest girl you've ever seen --- if she's all around attractive, tell her she's the most beautiful.
Unless you really mean she is "pretty".... pretty is what they tell ugly girls who have nice hair or a nice smile.
A pretty girl is not a beautiful girl.

its never dumb to tell someone how you feel. besides im sure it would make her feel very good if you told her that she was the most beautiful girl you have ever seen

If you phrase it that way, you sound like a seven-year-old in love with his babysitter. You could say, "She is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen." At least then it would be gramatically correct.
