ok heres cris he is really hott , he is white but acts totally black but i dont care about that he is nice so i know he likes me cause he looks me over and stuff and i return the favor but he wont make a move how do i get this to go further than it is AND my friends think he is white trash

ok first off it doesnt matter what your friends think of him if you like him then thats all that should matter
now for the other part...maybe steal something of his and play around with him give him compliments and touch his shoulder when he makes you laugh eventually he should realize that you like him
and if all fails sit him down and tell him that you like him and see what happens

White trash! Does he drink corn liquor from an old fruit jar? That phrase doesn't even mean anything anymore. The dude is probably just shy and trying to act cool; maybe he thinks black culture is more in tune with how he sees himself? All you can do is let him know you're interested in him...
