Like everyone else said, kittie could be in heet. there is also other problems that could cause blood on her rear. Have you checked her stool to see if there is any blood present?
Sometimes when a cat gets hook worms or intestinal paracites blood can be observed in the stool usually at the very end.
Just monitor kitty next time shes goes to the litter box just to be on the safe side.
When a female goes into heet they usually get boisterous making sounds, they can be overly friendly and act a bit strange.

If she is spayed another thing causes problems in that 'area' are anal glands. Not as common with cats as it is with dogs but it can happen. Most times animals will empty them themselves but sometimes they can't and they become blocked. If it gets too back they can abscess or burst and she could clean herself up without you noticing and you just see the left over.
If not spayed she could be in heat or if she is an older cat her uterus could be infected and draining... really gross but also very dangerous. If she seems painful in her abdomen area run to the vet. If spayed not a worry--- a good reason why everyone should spay their female pets!
When in doubt it is always best to take her to her vet.

I had this situation with my female cat. I had my vet check her, but she found nothing. It happened maybe 3 or 4 times spread out over a couple years, and she wasn't acting sick or anything else. It was coming from her rectal area (she had already been spayed, and her urine was clear.
There's no harm in just keeping an eye or her for now.
It probably will resolve on is own

NO you probably did no longer supply your cat the flu! i do no longer think of its conceivable....maximum illnesses are specie particular! If he's only sneezing it may be through hypersensitive reactions or dirt. you are able to attempt to restrict him to a reasonably dirt loose room and spot if the sneezing subsides. this would additionally be a style of a better respiration an infection led to by potential of herpes yet maximum in all probability there would be some brownish eye discharge with it....in case you cat nonetheless feels properly adequate to consume and drink maximum in all probability he's feeling very properly. whilst an animal is in discomfort or is ill, they're going to bypass off of their foodstuff. I want u success is your cat!

I agree with most everyone already, your cat sounds like she's in heat. It is very annoying when they keep meowing like crazy and trying to rub up against everything. I suggest you keep her inside away from male cats, be careful because she might try to run out the door. When she is out of heat, take her to the vet and have her fixed unless you intend to breed her in the future.

Sounds like she is in heat which means if she gets loose outside or you have any males cats inside that aren't fixed she could get pregnant.

Keep her inside your house until she is out of heat and then make an appointment for her to get fixed.

Sounds VERY much like she's in heat. If you want the behavior to stop you'll have to get her fixed.
