I tend to dream about whatever I'm thinking about as I fall asleep. Try focusing on anything else -- the future, a happy memory, even a math problem. Hope that helps!

Hey thats normall to do. Married and pregnant over here and i have had plenty of dreams of two of my ex's theres nothing really you can do exept throughtout the day try and think of something besides your ex and even when you go to bed dream of somebody else, i have also known that everytime i dream of a man {which i have plenty of times} i always end up running into somebody knew or somebody that i already know like if i dream of my hubby i either run into another man on the street or something. So dreaming of your ex could be a sign that you might find somebody else or your ex could be comming back into your life

Find something to occupy your mind, and get so tired that you haven't time to think about your ex. If it's over, then forget it and go on with living! Good Luck
