Besides location and having the money to start one remember once you have a night club work with it slowly when you need too. Cause if you start putting more money into it and not getting a retuen well you will go bottoms up real fast. Also one thing that all businesses need is give good customer service and remember money is green it doesn't matter who has it. And first thing to put up is the rules you have for the club and don't change them when you see someone you don't like cause you don't need a lawsuit, Well here's to ya and Godd Luck and Good Fortune. Opps one more thing that can help too. Go to other club and watch how they run it and make a list of the do's and don'ts that you will have in your club.

You need a liquor liscense too. As well, do research into the area...where are other clubs? what kind of crowd did you want to draw in? What kind of night club?
