i have a problem signing into something and it sais to look at my cookie files

Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools and then choose "Internet Options." There's a place that says "Temporary Internet Files" with 2 boxes that allow you to delete temp files and cookies, and then another box that says "Configure". Click on that to check how your cookie acceptance is set up, and change it if necessary. If you're set up not to accept cookies, some sites won't work.

You will need to delete the cookies, to do this you need to go to the tools bit on the top of your browser, then click on it and select internet options, then click on delete cookies, you should have no prob after that. xx hope this helped you xx

just do a search.

go to "start"
click "search"
type in cookie

there will be a couple folders there titled cookie or cookies
that is where you will find the cookies.

In South African English, cookie is a slang term for what a lady has between her legs, but a gentleman doesn't.
But back to your question, you need to enable cookies in your internet section of control panel - if you can't blunder your way through this process, you're one of the people who should get a licence to own a computer.

go to tools on top of screen.

go to Internet options and open.

you should see cookies files from that pull up screen.

You click on tools then select internet options, (or you can access internet options from control panel) the following applies which ever way you access internet options...... on the general tab, 4 options select browsing history and click delete. Its as simple as that.

IE>Tools>Internet options>Temp Int files> Show Files.
Then you can troll through and delete whichever one you think it is.
