Possible causes: 1. bad wiper motor(fix=replace wiper motor) 2. fuse(replace and see if motor works) 3. relay(replace and see if motor works) Basically, it will be a problem at the switch in the stalk, the fuse in the fuse box or the motor underneath the cowl on the front of the vehicle. Start with relays/fuses as they are cheap and easy to test/inspect. If they are good, get a voltmeter/ohm meter/or test light and make sure switch is grounding motor to turn it on.
