It depends on the vegetable. Vitamin D is artificially added to milk. You can create your own Vitamin D with sunlight exposure.

It doesn't. Vegetables do not contain vitamin D except for Mushrooms and that's only a small trace. Vegetables contain many minerals, vitamin C and vitamin A. Milk and dairy products, some fishes, eggs and the sun contain vitamin D.

The vitamin D in milk is a synthetic form of Vitamin D.
Dont drink it!
The only natural source of vitamin D is from the sun!
Contrary to what the FDA wants people to believe is ...The sun causes skin cancer. SUN SCREEN causes skin cancer.
Get your vitamin D from the sun.
