no i think you have been told porky pies. although they are very difficult teeth to remove, i doubt you need any bone removal at all. usually you only need bone removed on wisdom teeth becasue they may be impacted, just go to your dentist for a consult and have a talk and get quotes first.

I had both eye teeth extracted without any bone chiseling.

Do you need your eye teeth pulled? I had veeneers put over mine. No tooth pulling and no chiseling of bone.
