A good weight would be about 140-160. Keep going to the gym.

According to the Height to Weight Chart for Men:

5' 9"

Small Frame: 142-151
Medium Frame: 148-160
Large Frame: 155-176

But you can always be a few pounds above or below the weights that they give.

Eat a Low Carb diet..Meaning, stay away from sugars..Eat more protien along with supplements. Fat % can be measured by a personal trainer. Usually free of charge. Everyones muscle/fat % varies depending on your body frame. Just know that muscle is much more solid and heavier.
