When I log on I get this error message SmartBridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe entry point not found the procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be found in the dynamic link library PSAP.DLL. I think it is something to do with NTL Broadband medic. I have tried to run this file but Windows doesn't advise it. MotiveSB has full access in my fire wall settings, I have tried unplugging the modem and powering down the pc then reconnecting but no success. Have any of you Brainiacs out there had this problem and solved it. In plain english please.

according to www.processlibrary.com, MotiveSB.exe (AT&T Assistant) is not an essential process and should be ok not to run. as long as your connection is fine, i don't see a problem..prolly more annoying than anything huh? if so, you can just take this program off of your list of startup apps
