Trust yourself.

this quote means a lot to me, it means that when you have a belief hold tight to that never falter in that belief. And if doubt ever arises, diregard that as you would if it tried to make you give up your beliefs. Like if you have a math problem and you are so sure that it's right, but then this sliver of doubt arises, you change your answers. Don't do that because that doubt could be wrong so you have to doubt it.
I hope this makes sense to you.

I think its a stupid quote because you shouldnt always doubt things and you need to have beliefs in things that you dont believe in and keep an open mind.

If you feel unsure about something, trust your instincts. Be cautious about it. Beliefs, by definition, are more solid, well-grounded and credible, and, as such can be embraced with conviction.
Personally, I agree with doubting (or questioning or further scrutinizing) doubts but I also believe that most beliefs need to be rigorously examined from time to time. In other words, live your life in awareness.

I means to go with your original instincts.

If you have a doubt, you're probably right to be doubtful, so continue doing so. If you have a belief, it must be a strong one, so all you can do it believe it more.

Your initial feeling is probably the correct one.

Don't take your doubts too seriously. Doubt the negative. Believe in yourself, and take a positive step toward the positive. When we question ourselves, questioning and re-questioning, there is doubt. The negative creeps into our minds. When we say to ourselves, I can, I will, I am able to without hesitation, it is a very positive in believing in ourselves.

It means that you know what is right. Don't let your doubts fool you because they're not real. Your beliefs ARE real and they're the only thing that matters.

To me, it means "remove critical thinking."

If you "doubt your doubts," to me it sounds like you should ignore any questions you have about anything, stop your critical thinking.

Believe in yourself, or a more broke down comprehension would be to always trust your first instinct.

It means to keep an open mind.
