It sounds like sacroiliitis; which is inflammation of the sacroiliac joint. You can find this easily by putting your hands on your hips. Where your thumb is, is where your SI joint is. If this is where your pain is, then it could easily be from growing or from an injury. I have trouble with both of my SI joints (both sides) from falling as a child.
Sleeping on your stomach is never good for your back. Try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees. Let your parents know that you have this pain. If it continues, be sure to let them know. Try to notice if one activity hurts it more than another, including positions you sleep in.
I hope you feel better.

Best thing you can do, considering your age, and it causing you problems, is ask your Mom to let you see an orthopaedic specialist and just have it checked out. Can't hurt anything. If the specialist says it's nothing to worry about, well, then you can stop worrying. If he finds out that there's a little something going on that needs particular attention, then you will feel very glad that you went and had it investigated before it had a chance to turn into something serious.

Put a heating pad on it, if you still have the pain after a few days, go to a doctor.

Ask your parents to schedule an appointment with a chiropractor. If you've never been to one...wow, you feel incredible afterwards! Your body is probably just out of alignment.

Don't sleep on your back. Sleep on your stomach or on your side. Don't sit in the same place for too long. In yoga, they have simple excercises which will really help your back,. I'm sure you'll be ok.
