well if i was you id be made up with thin legs, at least you have no problem in zipping up knee boots i bet!!
best thing for stomach is a combination of diet, cardio and weight bearing excersize

I am afraid that you may be a victim of "skinlegitis" heredity. I don't think there is very much to enlarge your legs accept extremely hard work on them with less work on the rest of your body.
I have been a gym person for years. I use to tease and make fun of the many weight lifters who had huge powerful upper bodies walking around on what looked like pencils for legs.
However after many years of talking to/with them, they all said that they have done all the general and specific Calf exercises with failure. They relayed that the calfs got stronger and cut but not bigger.
Also, interesting enough they all said that skinny legs ran in their immediate and past generations of family. I, my father and mother all have had large calfs and my 4 daughters have even larger calfs as well as thighs. I have one daughter that was extremely skinny (all over) growing up. Then in her mid 20s she gained weight and filled out, without working out.
So you may need to think about your blessings of skinny legs compared to no calfs at all. There are worse things that can happen to you.

Step aerobics will handle the sculpting of your lower legs AND trim the abs...
I recommend The FIRM.
Protein shakes are for recovery and don't really help unless you're working the right muscle groups.

How about appreciating the fact that you have healthy legs that serve your purpose and forgetting about their shape?
You are body mind and spirit. Guess which one you discard first as you journey on to the next phase of development? (Yes, Einstein, you are right! If you think someone won't love you because of the shape of your legs or stomach, then, hey, are they worth it?)
You are here to fulfil the knowing of who you really are... not to bemoan your physique. I work with kids that cannot walk - will never walk. Be happy that you have legs and enjoy life!

strolling alot. It somewhat enables and you cant even call it an exercising. It tones your physique throughout and it doesnt "bulk" you up. in case you prefer something extra, velocity up and run. the two are sturdy yet working accelerates your metabolism extra desirable than strolling does.

pizza to mouth and down.
30 repititions a day. morning noon and night and you'll have those much coveted thunder thighs before you know it!!

swimming is the best form of excersise, it works all your muscles and is not weight bearing which is good news for your joints
