Do nothing that would leave her with the impression you wanted more than business conversation. Sexual harassment covers a great deal of ground. Don't lose your job because of an inappropriate comment or gesture.

Keep things light, nothing too serious conversation-wise; most of all, luncheon dates are often viewed as auditions for actual dates (non-work related), so you don't want to show your cards prematurely...
