Belch, fart and pick your nose. No really, you must refrain from any of those obnoxious tendencies. Also, remember, this is a coworker NOT A DATE!
Do nothing that would leave her with the impression you wanted more than business conversation. Sexual harassment covers a great deal of ground. Don't lose your job because of an inappropriate comment or gesture.

Keep things light, nothing too serious conversation-wise; most of all, luncheon dates are often viewed as auditions for actual dates (non-work related), so you don't want to show your cards prematurely...

Say 'please' and 'thank you'
Open the door for her when entering or exiting the place
no burping/farting/picking your teeth at the table.
No getting drunk. One drink is alright but keep it simple.
