I went on holiday for a month and did ALOT of exercise and ate very healthily.
I have just got back home and everyone has noticed that i have lost alot of weight and my clothes and ALOT looser, even my bras are too big,
But when i stepped on the scale i was only two pounds lighter. how is that possible? I once lost 6 pounds with no one noticing and my clothes not being that loose and now only two pounds and this much effect.
How can i have lost only two pounds and be a dress size smaller?

CONGRATULATIONS!!! That's wonderful, it's so much better to lose inches that just weight. You have increased your muscle mass and lessened your body fat. Keep up the good work.

Definitely have them order the size they are and get it taken it if they lose the weight. August is not too far off. I had my future sister in law order her bridesmaid dress too small and she ended up having to order more material from the manufacturer, tearing the whole dress apart and sew the extra material in. The dress originally was $170 (taxes and shipping in) and she ended up spending over $500 to get all the additional material altered into the dress. Don't let that happen to your girls - especially with such a short time until the wedding!! Good luck <3

Because muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space...thus as you exercised and built muscle and burned fat, you got smaller but the scales didn't change all that much...

All that exercise turned your fat into muscle. Muscle weighs more. Congrats!
