okay i have a huge question. i have a large butt. its like a good size for a spanish/black girl. but its like kinda drropy. it dosent look sloppey, but im not comftorble with iit. how do i make it higer? do squats and things like that work?

you can do squats and leg lifts...like the one when you're on all fours and you lift one of your leg up when it's bent in the air. there are a lot of machines and stuff that you can use or just do it at home. i know like the winsor pilates video for buns and thighs really work. it's really painful to do it too cause it burns like hell but feels great after

Lunges, squats and reverse leg lifts. 3 sets of 15, 3 times a week. Solid as a rock in 6 weeks.

Also make sure to add some chilli peppers or hot sauce to your meals, helps to burn fat a little faster.

Yeah squats are probably the best glute exercise, especially if done with a wide stance. 2nd best would probably be lunges. Also Romanian deadlifts are great. (Like a stiff legged deadlift but you bend your knees slightly).

Of course these exercises won't really make your butt smaller but they can definitely make it look more athletic if that's what you want.

squats are good for kinda giving your butt a lift. just stand in a normal position with your arms extended in front of you and sit in a squatting position. do about 15 reps of those or more and you'll see results in a couple weeks.

join a gym and get advise from a trainer or someone quailified in the human body to get best results but working out couldn't hurt .if you are physically able.

jump on a stairmaster, get a step and do step aerobics, or just climb stairs everyday. Guaranteed to tighten the fanny!

To loose extra fat, you need to do cardio, there's no way around it... do weight lifting to help define your muscles, but first you've got to be able to SEE your muscles by getting rid of the fat, ya know?
you can do it though! big butts rule!

my mom doesn't like her butt either she thinks it droppy so she jumps up and down and tries to make it smaller. it might work

get on a "StairMaster"(an excercise machine that makes it seem like you're climbing stairs)
