Have any of you taken up smoking and started feeling really bad? Like, lungs feeling heavy and stuff? I started smoking a few months ago average of 4 a day. All of the sudden my lungs started feeling bad and it was a little hard to breath. (needless to say, I don't smoke anymore.) I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Because I have asked some die hard fans of smoking if they ever have and they say that they just feel normal.

The die hard smokers are just used to feel crappy and it feels normal for them. I smoke about 4 cigarettes a year, and I do like the sensation while I'm smoking, but the next day I feel like crap. I guess that's why I only smoke when I'm really drunk. I forget that the next day my head will hurt and I'll feel all heavy.

Yes, I always feel like crap after smoking doesn't keep me from buying a pack from time to time but yes, I have had the same experience.

Don't do it.
If you do stomp it out and put it out now!

I got away with it for years.
I'm now paying the piper and it's killing me.
I am so addicted I can't stop. I will keep trying.
But dont ever get addicted!
It will kill you, it is me. Life is precious I know now.
But to dang late! STOP!
