You need to make changes that you can live with, or you will have a battle to fight the rest of your life. I began weight watchers in february and have lost 45 lb. I began walking 30 min a day. I did fall and break my ankle in april and couldn't walk until August so my loss slowed a lot. But I have begun jogging, biking and some light weight lifting. I even do belly dancing, yoga. I feel so much better. It is logical, reasonable and something you can live with. Not something that once you stop taking the pills you gain it all back.

Try getting ajob that is physically demanding. I ran a trail marathon with only running once a week and building trails and and fences for the national park service five days a week. I never have weight problems, except for the beer wieght.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

back away from the computer,,and all those snacks,,,stop it!! walk around your block,,,even better ride a bike around your town,city......forget gym clubs,,volunteer work,,heres why...... I limit time on computer,,,snack once during TV time(limit that also)Hey,I eat 6 meals a day!!!!! I ride my bike 15-20 miles a day,,and 11-11-06,, 8am-3pm I did volunteer with KABOOM.org and BOA and 101 people built a playground for kids,,,plus got breakfast and a great lunch,,,made new friends,,made some kids very happy,,,,and slept very well last night..POINT IS YOU CAN'T SIT AROUND WOUNDERING "how" "why" "what" get on your feet and move,,,,the answers will be right in front of you!!!!

When you find out let me know! I'm seeing a nutritionist this month hopefully she can help me. Maybe try seeing a nutritionist. Just eat right and get plenty of excercise. Every time I start talking about wanting to lose weight this one friend of mine will say, exercise your elboes! and when I ask her what she means she says, push your elboes away from the table! lol!
