Well, obviously nobody was keeping count. But I believe some centuries ago they used prisoners to test these things .... nowadays you couldn't get away with that because of Amnesty International and prisoners' welfare groups, etc.

All fast food outlets (kebabs, Chinese takeaways, McDs, KFC, etc) must have speeded up many people's deaths but that would have been over a long period of time and the fault would lie as much with the people themselves (probably more so) as with the outlets. Nobody was ever forced to eat from these places ... I have eaten in McDs about three times in my life and I just don't like their food.

I don't go to McDonalds. I can make my own Egg McBread sandwiches.

Fry a polish sausage to how you like to eat it.
Fry an egg well done, with popped yoke.
Put mayonaisse on a slice of whole wheat bread.
Put little slivers of cheese on another slice of whole wheat bread.
Put the cheese covered bread in the microwave and cook until the cheese just begins to melt.
Chop the polish sausage into round sections and use them to cover the melted cheese.
Squirt a bit of mustard on top of the sausage.
Sprinkle a bit of chopped bell pepper into the mustard.
Put the fried egg on top of the bell pepper.
Put the mayonaisse covered bread down on top of the fried egg.
Eat it. They haven't killed me yet.
