That's pretty unhealthy. Actually that's extremly unhealthy. The water is great, but you aren't getting anything you need. Your body needs more food than that no matter how thin you are. You need to have a balanced diet and have a full meal. If you haven't heard this before you're hearing it now, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You should always have at least 3 of the main food groups at each meal ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST! This is speaking from a healthy diabetic, and i'm telling you that diabetics have to be healthy and have to maintain a very healthy diet. You're having no calcium, you need milk and if you don't like milk have cheese or put butter on something, just try to add dairy to your diet. Chicken is great but a small portion when you're not eating any protein at all is horrible. You seem like you're starving yourself. 3 baby carrots at 5 10. 3 baby carrots would be sufficient for a BABY! You need to have fruit and FULL SERVINGS of vegetables. Carrots are great, but too many is horrible because your skin will start to turn orange and it takes a while to go away. Try eating a variety of veggies, especially greens. Eat a salad and maybe some brocolli. Red meat is not bad for you either but try to have it maybe once or twice a week only.

No, that's not a healthy diet.
You had fruit for breakfast. No protein, but that's OK.
You had carbs & sugar for an 11 am snack.
Your food at 3 pm is OK.
Your 5 pm snack is 3 carrots?
Yes, you can afford a slice of pizza, but it's not a good idea to severely cut back on calories during the day to splurge at dinner.
Good job trying to eat more healthy!

Sounds ok (remembering yesterdays pig out with chocolate cookies and pizza, hehehe!)
You do need more veggies and fruit though. Maybe have some fruit and veggies with dinner and some fruit with snack? I think a couple of slices of pizza is good. You may also want to eat something a bit more substantial for break fast, some eggs or toast or something to go with your apple.

No this is not a healthy diet. You need to eat 3 meals a day with lots of fruit and veggies. You also need high protein snacks mid morning and mid afternoon etc to help keep your blood sugar level. What you just ate is not enough nutrition to keep you healthy.

You need more protein, it will help keep you full longer. Try cottage cheese with your apple in the morning, otherwise it looks good :-) and I think you have earned a piece of pizza
