All I can think of that I ate was:

Mashed potatoes
ham & cheese hotpocket
jellybeans
meat pie (ground meat in a crust)
hamburger
chips
oranges

I ate this since Friday night....
Gas started Friday night, but not as bad as now
I have been using the bathroom regualry

Your diet doesn't sound very balanced -- too much meat and junk food. However, occasionally one can get gassy from eating too much or too fast. This should eventually pass (no pun intended), but if it continues, I'd see a doctor. Start eating more balanced meals with less meat and starch, and drink more water.

Sounds like your digestive flora is out of whack. Start eating yogurt with live active cultures or take acidophillus capsules regularly to get your digestive flora back to where it should be.

hey try including lot of fibre in ur diet & also eat less meat. drink a lot of fruit & veg juices & drink lots of luke warm water. one more thing, DO NOT EAT UNTIL U R ACTUALLY HUNGRY !!! and wait for another half hour after u start feeling hungry.

Beans and meat (especially beef/ham) are produce really bad gas.

judging by what you ate you should be a walking fart bomb. You might want to watch the diet a little closer

by what you are saying it doesn't seem like this happens to u a lot. So here's my advice if you feel it coming hold it in girl, if it doesn't work see a doctor.
