same problems. i started doing lunges and squats. i can tell that my legs are getting slimmer and more muscular (but not in nasty way) all you need to do is set aside 10 minutes day. Do thirty seconds of squats then thirty seconds of lunges. then go up and down on your tippy toes for thirty seconds. then hold the squat postion for 30 seconds. then hold the tippy toes position for 30 seconds. Repeat
it hurts like a mofo while your doing it and it really hurts the next day. But it really really works

My upper body is extremely toned and I carry most of my weight in my legs. Reduce your fat intake and increase your fiber. Be mindful of what you eat and how many calories you eat. Add cardio to your workout and target toning exercises for your legs. I do 3 sets x 15 reps of squats, lunges, and side leg lifts. This will help tone your legs and give them a slimmer look. Good luck!

You can't spot reduce (lose weight) but you can spot tone...are you sure it's fat in the legs and not muscle? If so, then exercise to burn calories and reduce the fat, hopefully it won't take too much from areas you cannot spare it...

GIRLS ALWAYS THINK THEIR LEGS ARE FAT. first of all, they're probably not. Second of all, it's just your point of view, looking up to down. If your legs didn't have a little fat, you'd have chicken legs and that's NOT hot. Take my word for it...
