okay so.. i dont want to leave my room and excersize, but i need to loose 10 pounds. is it possible to do things like
- run in place
- sit ups
- jumping jacks
etc to loose some weight?
alos i dont drink cokes or eat junk food all day.
the reson i wanna do it in my room is because i feel embarrased when i run outside. i dont want answers like ''dont be embarrassed blah blah'' i just wanna know what things can i do in my room to loose some weight. prefferably get a smaller butt and smaller thighs.

One of the best and most exercises would be to dance like a crazy lady in your room. Put on fast music and get crazy!

Any movement that makes you sweat will help!
