No, probably not. They persecute Christians in both places. Hindus and Muslims unite against us. It's not fair, but it's reality.

In India maybe but in Pakistan, it will take a very hard effort to do that since it is a Muslim dominated country. Do not ask why, Muslims don't normally give that kind of favor. It is either you buy a piece or rent a piece of land, enclose it and wall it then ask permission to operate the church without evangelizing but only to permit you to practice your faith. In Saudi Arabia, they allow that only inside ARAMCO compound where Americans and other Christians can go to their church. But for the Muslims, they are allowed to build their Mosques anywhere in a free country like USA and UK whom they claim to be the infidels and the enemies of their God. What a wonderful arrangement.

I think you will find that there are already many Christian churches in India. A large number of Christian missionaries went all over the world trying to convert people to Christianity.
And don't forget about Mother Theresa and Jesus's disciple Thomas both lived out their lives in India.

Well...You could, but they'd try and supress it some. But I wouldn't know because I've never been to either...but India was a British colony so it would have Christian establishments...and the reason there are mosques and temples in Britain is because Indians there are considered second class citizens. It is not an enforced thing but it is what is there, and even then, said mosques and temples are not very plentiful.

There are many Christian churches in India, I have been there. In fact one of the 12 disciples finished his life and his work in India, according to Indian Christians.
I cannot comment on Pakistan because I have never been there.
Best of luck in your journeys, my brother!
